Document scanning can be done in tiff or pdf file formats. We can scan documents up to 12” x 18”. Both text documents and photos can be scanned.

Documents can be indexed to be compatible with client software solutions. HLA can also provide viewing software which can be customized with client specific search criteria.

Documents are prepared for scanning by removing all staples and fasteners. During preparation, documents are reviewed for misfiles and where necessary, misfiles are removed prior to processing.

We follow an extensive quality assurance process by viewing images during and after scanning to make sure we have achieved the best image based on the original documents.

Our high-end scanners allow us to select either automatic document feeding or flat bed scanning of books, fragile or unusually shaped documents. We can scan to DVD or CD based on your requirements.
